LAND ASIA REALTY BAGGED QUALITY EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Land Asia Realty and Development Corporation continues to gather awards and accolades. As recognition of its marketing excellence, Land Asia was awarded once again with the 2010 National Quality Excellence Award and the Seal of Product Quality in the category of Best Real Estate Developer/Marketing. For two consecutive years, Land Asia was recognized of its service quality in the field of real estate marketing.
The awards are handed yearly by the National Council for Product and Service Quality and the Consumers’ Today Magazine to recognize companies that uphold product and service excellence. The awarding was held at the Caspian Hall of the posh Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City, last July 3, 2010. Realtor® Marissa S. Land Asia did it again!
Another feather has been added in the ever-growing cap Land Asia Realty & Development Corporation. The Business Achievement and Recognition Awards Council for Business Excellence conferred to Land Asia the Real Estate Developer of the Year Award as a fitting recognition to its contribution to the real estate industry in Cebu. The award was the third nationally-recognized award given to the Company. Now on its 18th year, Land Asia continues to blaze the trail in real estate marketing and has maintained its leadership position over the other real estate marketing companies.
Mr. Pancho Ramirez, the awards committee head, presented the award to Realtor® Marissa S. Inting, Land Asia Global President & Chief Executive Officer, in a glittering ceremony held at the posh Marco Polo Plaza Hotel last April 25, 2010. Together with Realtor Inting, Land Asia’s head of its Brokerage Division, Realtor® Sunshine Hoyo was also on hand to witness the event.
